Welcome to the new and revamped
Esterházy.
Esterhazy is a Hungarian word, it's the surname of a particular very long-lasting noble family... There is also a type of cake named after them, the Esterhazy torte.
I don't really have any particular attachment to the word... I mean, out of all Hungarian noble families, Báthory is totally the best. But I am also a big big fan of cakes and sweets. Not necessarily gummies- I am a connoiseur of
chocolate, almonds, coffee powder, custard...
So I guess some of my two main defining traits is that I'm a pastry eater, and enthusiast of ancient nobilities - Hungarian, Korean, more - so in that case, Esterházy is a perfect name, no?
